It's NB day today so my husband is going to help me with my bread. The yeast is rising now, he'll do the stirring when it's ready and he also greased all the pans for me. I think today is 385 smoke free days anyway life is great being smoke free, so remain vigilant in your quits please and if you are new here please stay strong and give your quit a chance because quitting smoking is absolutely doable the first 2 or possibly 3 wks are the hardest part then things should start to get easier and believe me it's sooooooo worth it. I smoked just shy of 40 yrs and here I am celebrating my new found freedom every day because I never thought in a million years I could quit but I'm one of those (((((HAPPY QUITTERS))))-- Stay here with all of us EXERS and enjoy life without the crutch of cigarettes because like I said it's definitely doable.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
