I hope and pray that everyone will enjoy this wonderful wk end we are blessed with. 369 precious DOF and counting , after smoking for 40 yrs I have to say what a relief to be able to say that I don't smoke anymore lliving a life without cigarettes is absolutely doable, I never thought in a million years that I could quit but here I am with over a year in, if I can do it anybody can because quitting smoking is definitely the best decision we can make for our health, family and wallet. Stay close to this site because it's the wonderful people here that helped me get to where I am today ,there were many days in the first few weeks of my quit that I didn't think I could make it so instead of throwing my presious quit away I would come on this site and vent and every time someone would help me to calm down and help me to see that smoking would only make things 1000 times worse so we must keep them away from our face.
