A beautiful day is shaping up here in the Maritimes, it was only 40° F first thing this morning but it's going to warm up to the mid 70's which is perfect for me. 368 smoke free days and counting. I hope everyone has a super fantastic day and let's remember to protect our precious quits with our lives because our lives depends on it. Life after cigarettes is absolutely wonderful, keep moving forward in your quits and continue stacking up your days . I want to share this little saying, life can only be understood by looking backward, but must be lived by looking forward. Enjoy the day everyone.
