365 precious smoke free days, one year of smoke free living and counting. I have to say a humongous THANK YOU to everyone on this wonderful site for helping me to get to this place to finally be able to say that I don't smoke anymore that I am an EX SMOKER and a happy quitter, life is good. I smoked just shy of 40 yrs and here I am with a full year in and counting. I will never ever, ever take this quit for granted, I will always remain vigilant and protect my quit with my life because my life depends on it. I have my youngest grandson Mason here, still sleeping and he loves me and I'm sure he would like me to be around while he is growing up and I sure want to be here for him and Adam my oldest grandson and my children. I will not go backwards only forwards. Quitting smoking is definitely doable and absolutely worth it. Thanks again everyone for your wonderful support. ((((((Gigantic Hugs to all of you))))))

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
