Share your quitting journey
Wow. I am getting used to these beautiful mild mornings here in the Maritimes. It's supposed to get up into the high 80s today with humidity but I won't complain I will close my blinds and turn on the ceiling fans and barbecue in the patio area. Life is good especially with 364 wonderful smoke free days under my belt and counting. Embrace your quits everyone even if you are in the beginning days or weeks and are having cravings and urges , quitting smoking is definitely doable. It's probably going to be the hardest thing that you will ever do in your life but it's absolutely worth it for your health, family and your wallet .I smoked 40 yrs and had a health scare finding out that I have copd and here I am, stick to your quits and enjoy your new found freedom as an EX SMOKER.
