Can you tell that I am so very happy that I quit smoking after 40 yrs of poisoning myself with the crutch of cigarettes. Quitting smoking is definitely doable, you must be willing to quit, I was and still am and will remain 100 % committed to my quit because living a life without cigarettes is the only life for me.
