It's a sunny mild start to the day, I hope everyone had a good nights sleep and is ready to enjoy this beautiful day that we are blessed with rain or shine life is good especially since I quit poisoning myself with smoking 354 days ago. We must continue to protect our quits each day but also enjoy the freedom from cigarettes.
