I hope everyone had a good nights sleep and are ready to tackle another smoke free day and wk end. It was only 42 ° F at 6 o'clock this morning but it's sunny and going to warm up to be a gorgeous day. I think today is 348 wonderful days of freedom from smoking and counting, quitting smoking is definitely doable and definitely worth it.
