Mason is still sleeping and I am enjoying my second coffee and checking in with you, my fellow Exers ● I hope everyone had a good nights sleep and is ready for another day that we are blessed with. 345 DOF today and counting WTG me and WTG to each and everyone of you, as we all know quitting smoking is probably the most difficult thing we've done but it's absolutely doable. We just need to remain willing and as the saying goes keep them away from our face and then we keep our quits a lifetime. I know since I quit, I don't have to tell Mason, Adam or anyone else that's here that I will be right back and go outside rain or shine or maybe a snowstorm just to suck on a disgusting cigarette, I know the grandsons used to roll their eyes at me and tell me that I didn't need to go outside and smoke and they certainly were right. Being an EX SMOKER is the best decision I've ever made in my life.
