I hope everyone will have a wonderful smoke free day today , no matter what's happening in our lives whether we are 30 days into our quit or 300 or 3000 ,let's keep and protect our quit, there's never going to be a good enough reason to consiously pick up a cigarette and smoke it knowing that we will totally screw up a beautiful quit. 332 days of freedom for me and counting. I have another sickening headache and all I can say is that I'm so glad that I don't smoke anymore.
