Good morning everyone, 327 precious smoke free days and counting. It's been one day shy of three weeks since my husband been working out of province but some time this afternoon he'll call when he gets close to his work site and I'll be there to pick him up. Our dog Samantha Digger Jane Hartley will be 12 yrs old in October will be sooooooo very happy to see her Daddy but we'll have to be sure to buy her a treat because she'll be expecting it, she's totally spoiled rotton and I wouldn't have it any other way. I will do up a homemade pizza a little later this morning so it will be ready and I'll pick up cereal cream for his coffee tomorrow morning I drink my coffee black so I didn't need it for anything. We're supposed to cloud over later on and possibly get some thunderstorms but the weekend is going to be absolutely beautiful, please let's be extra vigilant with our quits because smoking KILLS AND I KNOW THAT FOR ME, I DO NOT WANT TO DIE A SLOW PAINFUL DEATH FIGHTING FOR EACH BREATH.  I have watched a few people slowly die from cancer and they smoked, I have another friend that I just found out has roughly 6 months to live and he and his wife both smoke. We have a choice to either keep our precious quits or throw it away, I choose to live the rest of my life an EX SMOKER. Enjoy a wonderful smoke free day and wk end everyone.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
