I'm on my third and final cup of coffee and thinking in less than 2 wks I will have 11 months of freedom from smoking and as long as I'm alive I will be celebrating a full year of freedom in July . We must never get complacent in our quits, we must always be vigilant and protect our precious, precious quits because as we all know our lives depends on it, 323 DOF today and counting.
