Another chilly start to the morning here in the Maritimes but the sun is shining and it's going to warm up beautifully. 342 DOF and counting, in less than a month as long as I'm still alive I will be celebrating 1 year of smoke free living. Wow, to everyone starting your quits be willing and stay committed to your your quit because it's definitely doable and definitely worth it, happy Saturday everyone.
