It's June 1st but it sure doesn't feel like it, it's 48 ° F and it's dark damp and dreary but I woke up and have a full day ahead of me and am so thankful for that, plus I am on my 322 nd day of freedom from cigarettes which makes me very happy so life is good even though I have a splitting headache and every joint in my body hurts but I am breathing and have a pulse so I am thankful for today, please protect your quits.
