Good morning all, it's just becoming daylight with big Charlie Brown snowflakes they are pretty even though I am sooooooo ready for warmer weather and have all this snow gone. 195 smoke free days today I never thought I could quit smoking but being willing to live without cigarettes is absolutely doable. I was sick and tired of smoking, when I found out the beginning of July that I have copd I decided l was quitting smoking no matter what, I chose July 7th for my quit date but wasn't quite ready so on July 14th I began my journey with all of you my fellow EXERS. To all of you that are beginning your quit it's definitely doable be willing to go through the withdrawals and rough days and as long as you are 100 % committed you are going to succeed in your quit and once you get through to a good place in your quit, you will realize that quitting smoking is definitely the best decision you will ever make in your lifetime for your health, family and wallet, enjoy a wonderful smoke free weekend.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
