Hello Monday ☺

It's ° 42 and pouring rain outside this morning with strong gusty winds here in Eastern Canada. If I knew how to skate, my driveway is a perfect skating rink oh well since I don't  I believe that I will stay in and maybe cook a beef barley stew. The temps are going to drop fast with a quick freeze up,  if we get a little snow that might help to stick to the ice. Anyway I don't need to go anywhere so that's good.  Enjoy your Monday everyone, remember to protect your quit no matter what because life is so much better being smoke free 190 DOF for me and I will tell you there's no way after more than 6 months of not smoking would I screw up and put one of those cancer sticks anywhere near my face and have to start at day 1 again and go through those horrible withdrawals of the first 3 or 4 wks where my moods were all over the place. I pray for each one of you new folks here stay strong, committed and determined to your quits because once you get to a good place in your quits you're going to realize that quitting smoking is definitely the best decision for you and your family especially for your health. When you have horrible cravings, tell yourself as many times as needed that you are stronger than the cravings because you are so much stronger than you realize. you can and will beat the cravings, keep your mind as well as your hands occupied and drink lots of water . you can do this.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
