I am so thankful that I don't stand outside trying to smoke while freezing my butt off anymore . I really don't want to go anywhere but I have to later on this morning I have a dentist appointment. It's supposed to warm up a bit which will be nice. I am looking forward to letting my dentist know that I quit smoking 6 months ago today, I have to admit that it's a good feeling letting people know and knowing in my heart that this is my forever quit. Life is good except it's freeking cold outside but I promise I won't smoke over it or anything else ever again. I have finally figured out how to deal with life without the crutch of poisoning myself with smoking. Have a wonderful smoke free dday everyone.
