I'm so glad that it's Friday the hubby will be home for the wk end and off again Monday which is his birthday. Tuesday he'll have 7 months smoke free, wow how time flies. Wednesday is my birthday another year older at least this year I can say that I don't smoke anymore, what a great feeling being able to say that. I am so happy that I met Dales 130 day challenge yesterday and came out on the other side. Now today I will stay vigilant every single day of my life and use all the tools I've learned on this site so that I never get lazy and complacent and fall by the wayside and slip up and put one of those cancer sticks to my face. Yak, gross I will make sure that never happens, don't forget to stay vigilant everyone, I know we will all help each other. I believe the KEY is to come right here for support when you first feel shaky, that's what I did and will continue to do if I feel out of sorts. Have a great smoke free day.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
