Tired but happy

I completed the 130 day challenge now it's onwards to my next milestone which for me is 6 months. Of course I will remain vigilant each day because under no circumstance do I want to be complacent and be a dunce and think just one won't hurt. I don't in a million years believe that would happen but I won't take any chances I will enjoy my life to the fullest and always remember the long road to get here . I don't ever want to be back in the first few weeks of my quit no way no how. I am tired I didn't sleep well but I am so happy and will have a wonderful day. I hope everyone reading this blog will have a wonderful day as well.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
