The caring on this site after 116 smoke free days still amazes  me, what a crappy day yesterday . I knew enough to come on this site and vent and I would feel better and I did, thank you so very much to each of you.  I want everyone especially the newbies just coming on this site if you feel overwhelmed like I did come here and vent as I did. I really don't believe I would have smoked but being around a smoker yesterday and as stressed as I was a voice in my head was saying just one won't hurt. Thank goodness when he brought me home because my car broke down in his yard it wasn't far to bring me home. I got right on this site and calmeddown, ttoday I will have a great day because I choose it, have a wonderful day everyone.
