A sleepless night

Good morning everyone, I'm on my second coffee trying to wake up, I sent my husband to pick up the 10 yr old grandson for the day. This past week  has been difficult trying to get a good nights sleep, last Friday I had an afternoon coffee so I am pretty sure that was the problem that day. My sinuses are totally one of the reasons for not sleeping and I clench my teeth , I wear a bite plain on my upper teeth and a retainer on the bottom. I had jaw surgery back in 2001 they broke my jaw in 6 different places and  put it back together with 8 screws 4 plates and a hook and an eye .I had constant debilitating headaches. But I wasn't bright enough back then to quit, mind you while I was wired shut for 2 wks i didn't smoke. I had sinus surgery last November to straighten out the cartilage and to help me breathe again I didn't smoke the alloted time, God I wasn't very smart. I am on my 97th day of being smoke free. I'm sorry I definetly am rambling I am tired but no way in double hockey sticks will I smoke .I'll only go forwards in my my quit not backwards, the first 3 wks of my quit I thought I was totally going out of my mind and felt like I was crawling out of my skin. Feeling foggy , light hearted  and moody, grumpy, reaching for cigarettes that weren't there because I got rid of all the crap and ashtrays. Believe me, I'm never ever, ever , ever smoking again I am just tired another coffee for me and then enjoy the rest of my day with the grandson and husband.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
