Good Monday morning, I'm getting closer to my next milestone of 3 months or 90 days, I'm on 85. I hope everyone is doing well even if we have a rough time we must stay smoke free, I know for me there is no turning back only forward no matter what kind of a crappy day I may have the worst possible thing I could do would be smoke. Yikes no way will I ever pick up another disgusting cigarette. By the way my days are busy and I'm doing well, I just want folks in there first few days or couple of weeks hang tough it is so worth it. I am in the middle of NML and I will make it through with a huge smile have a great day everyone.
