Good day to one and all of, I wanted to say hello and I hope everyone has a fantastic, peaceful,  smoke free day. I am now on my 80th day, my next milestone is in 10 days . 3 months, the big 90 and after that will be getting out of NML making it through 130 days. Life is good, enjoy this 1st day of October.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
