Good morning everyone, I made it to 60 at the end of the day l will be looking forward to the next milestone which for me is 90. I'm a little weird, I like my milestones to be every 30 days it gives me something to keep aiming for which is very easy for me now. Life without cigarettes is absolutely fantastic, what took me so long to brighten up and realize I was killing myself slowly bit by bit every day. I tried my first smoke at 14 started smoking full time at 15 I'll be 55 in Nov. and i just brightened up on July 14th nearly 39 yrs of smoking it certainly takes a toll on the body. Copd for me . If there's anyone new reading this wanting to quit smoking. Please just quit it will be the hardest thing in your life that you will ever do, but believe me it will be the best thing you can do for your health, your family and your wallet. Being able to breathe is worth quitting and that is my reason never to smoke the rest of my life N.O.P.E.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
