1.  To smoke or not to smoke

2..Then add in the education ( Once the decision is made, that's what I did...ummmm, only it took several failed attempts before I decided, yeah, should probably end out WHY I need to smoke)

3. Committed to my quit and used the TOOLS to enhance my quit

4. Active- by putting the effort needed to USE the tools and LISTEN to what the Elders were trying to beat into me brain...applying that, Finding out what worked and what did not for me.

5.Sharing- my ups and downs and through doing so helped others see, we are not all alike and neither are our quits, but found in the search we have so much on common, I TOOK WHAT I NEEDED AND LEFT THE REST..."someone will always take the left overs'.

Peeps, we all have a fork in the road and a choice to make, smoking or not smoking. So if you take a wrong turn,, as I have many a time, just turn about face ...learn from it and move forward. I promise, if you really want your QUIT TO STICK, you will find a way and the way will find you...oh and look....HERE WERE ARE

Happy Sunday

Smoking is not an option for me. I no longer have a wishbone to quit smoking...I developed a backbone and I quit. When you're sick and tired of being sick and tired, you will quit smoking too.
