5 Ways to protect your quit - 1) Only worry about today and promise yourself you will not smoke today. 2) Never Ever Forget how you were and behaved as an addict. How you fought that addict to overcome smokey thoughts and excuses, and how far you've come to get to this point of being smoke free. 3) Recognize that NOPE applies to you. Realize if you do take one puff the addict has won. You are a winner not a loser. If you take that puff you not pass go and collect $200. You go all the way back to square one, maybe to never return. 4) There is never an excuse to smoke. Only an addict will find an excuse to smoke and you have jailed that addict. 5) Accept that you're an addict and make it fun. When a fleeting thought/craving comes, laugh at it. Say "I'm an addict I don't need you here! Quite frankly I tell people I'm an addict...it's kind of fun...and if you tell a smoker this its fun to watch their brain register that they are an addict....they probably never thought that before.

NOPE and NEF my friends...hmmm 284 days smoke free now...man time flies when you're having fun!
