Ok, be an ex family, help me out. Tomorrow I throw away my cigarettes and start all over on my goal for a smoke free healthy life. I've written a list of the why I want to quit and things to keep me busy, what I need is a way to keep my mind on the goal. Does anyone have a mantra or a way to change the way I think not just for the initial quit as I'm generally good the first few days, but a total overhaul on my thought process as it pertains to this smelly nasty enslaving thing that I have been doing to myself for 40+ years off and on. Your input would be greatly appreciated. I would love this time to be forever.
