Ready to move on

Well I've gone and done it:  14 days, two big weeks, Jake too!!!

If it hadn't of been all of your encouragement to stay and try again, I'd still be smoking. So thank to to everyone who answered my blog the day I said I was leaving.

I'm ready to move on to the next two weeks just one day at a time, working towards that big 30.

Hope that you all have a blessed smke free day, oh and yes, this is doable!

I am a 62 year old suffering with moderate COPD. I have relapsed several times from my quit, but I will keep trying till I get it right! "Your mind controls your quit but you control your mind. Don't let your emotions spoil your quit!" Don't allow a stumble to be the end of the journey. The difference between a good day and a bad day is attitude!
