are heading into our 3rd day of our quit. I must say that with all our previos attemps, that we are so determined this time that things are going quite easily. I'm using the patch and Jake is cold turkey. I'm so proud of him that his mood remains good. The hardest crave for both of us is that after dinner smoke, but we are getting throuh it. Jake says the craving goes quite quickly for him, me I just suck on my binky for a few minutes and the crave passes pretty quickly for me. I sit here and read ALOT till m y butt gets sore, lol. Smoking is no longer an option for either one of us! Hope you all have a wonderfl and blessed Thursday!
