Just curious......I'm on day 10 of my freedom.....do the thoughts of nicotine get fewer and shorter or do they go away completely?
Congratulations on 10 days of freedom. It has been almost 6 years for me. I rarely ever think of smoking. If I do I have developed the skills that it does not bother me and it is only for a split second and I keep forging ahead NOPE has keep me free. The idea is to change the thinking and not stay focused on smoking. Do something different. Develop new good normalcy and it will be okay. The journey continues. An addict is always an addict. It is how the addict responds to the addiction. Yes or No It is always a choice. Choose freedom. In Time
