I am not sure how this is going to go.  This is the first time I have ever posted from my cell phone .My internet at home is down. So here goes.

Today is another opportunity to do and be better. In life there will always be mountains (days) to climb. Sometimes we have to take each day (mountain ) one at a time. Take your quit for instance. We get in our heads (how long is it going to take to get over thinking about smoking or you get stuck in a plateau and don't understand what you're feeling or you have disappointment that you can't find a way out because you have relapsed.

Sometimes in life we have to stand still be quiet to think and plan in order to move forward. Nothing remains the same, not even quitting smoking. If you never give up or give in the quit will grow no doubt about it. As it grows it will take less and less work but you have to n o p e no matter what before you get to a mature quit. The work will never be over for an addict even if it's just being here paying it forward to help someone else or protecting your own quit. Protecting is another story, read some of my blogs on protecting.

The bottom line is each day is a new day to take the opportunity to never give up. Not tomorrow but today. Each day of freedom is a milestone whether it is 2 days or 2,000 days. Rejoice in this day today and only today. One day at a time is all you can do one mountain is all you can climb so never give up never give in hang tough and be free just for today. The journey continues...
