Life has a tendency to bring on circumstances that seem to knock us out of the race.

No matter what you are going through whether it is sickness, loss of a loved one, loss of job, home, divorce /separation, the car broke down, busted plumbing, broken promises, etc. keep pressing forward with your eye on the prize.  For it is not the strong or the swift that wins the race.  It is the one that endures and runs at their own pace, by not looking back not to trip and fall.  It is the one that endures getting through the pain and discomfort until they get to comfort, trusting and believing there is a better place.  Keep it in your vision. Be not weary in your well-doing by not giving up

The one that endures does not make EXcuses not to continue on.  The one that endures, knows they will make it because they will not stop. The one that endures may go at a slower pace but they never give up, they never give in, taking it one day at a time.  The one that endures does what is necessary, by any means necessary to win the prize. To keep pressing one has to make changes. It may mean stepping away from certain people, places or things.   Have no confidence in the old you, let go of the past that is holding you back from receiving your credentials.   Have a new mindset that you can and you will make it, no matter what.

Philippians 3:13-14

13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
