Life is a mystery, therefore no one knows what the future of each day holds.  That is one of the reasons quitting smoking is a one day at a time “affair”.  If you have not quit yet or have been haggling over a quit date you have to begin by taking a step of uncertainty.   It is called a leap of faith but let's break it down to one step at a time.   Stepping into uncertainty is stepping into the fear of the unknown but you have to step out of the fear of failing, gaining weight, losing a friend or any other EXcuse you can think of to continue smoking.  Don’t let these EXcuses hold your life hostage from freedom.  Dare to step into the unknown.  You will soon find life will be better than what you could imagine.  Dare to cross the line from your comfort zone into a major victory of quitting smoking by being willing to relearn life without cigarettes.  It is doable one step at a time. You may not be able to see the future so step by faith and quit smoking.  You will be making the right choice for the rest of your life.  There is no crystal ball and the path may seem dim but here at EX there are plenty lights to guide the way.   You may not be able to look into the future but being smoke free is bigger and better than you can ever imagine but you have to take the step.

Believe in your dream of quitting by stepping out into the uncertainty.  If you feel like it is out of your reach or overwhelmed, stretch your inner self to reach the dream and believe you can take the next step.  With each step your confidence will grow.  You will not fail if you commit to never take another puff.  NOPE   In a short period of time you will begin to trust yourself more with each step.  You will start to gain sure footing as a nonsmoker but the strength starts with the first step to freedom.  Have a plan and challenge yourself to do 24 hrs.smokefree, then step into 48hrs.   Take another step by making a promise to commit to 72 hrs.  You will be well on your way to 30 days and more, never to smoke again.  You have to take the first step of uncertainty or you will not move forward.  Do not be afraid.  We are here to help you make it one step at a time.  Take a step of faith to freedom.   Set a date and get to steppin'.
