Will you be part of the 6%?

Will you do what you have to do?

Will you move forward and to yourself be true?

Never faltering nor failing no matter what!

Some days may be tough but NOPE never give up

Maintaining your freedom should be your daily vision

Never looking back on your journey to freedom decision.

Will you be in the 6%? A lot of time needs to be spent

Never giving up working and always protecting your quit.

Learning and relearning so those old thoughts die

You have to stop believing the nico addiction lie

Each day make an honest pledge

To commit with inner strength and move ahead

Strengthening comes with each passing day

Be part of the 6%, so don’t throw your quit away.

Are you going to give it your best?

Take what you can use and leave the rest.

A new government study finds almost 70 percent of American smokers want to quit, and more than half tried last year, but only 6 percent succeeded

(footnote after thought)  I have seen 30 days challenges, 130 day challenges and 6 month challenges here. How about a 365 day challenge?

Lay aside every weight that may be slowing you down. Make up your mind not to allow doubt cause you to stumble. You can do this! Do not allow fear , False Expectations Appearing Real to hold you down. You can do this! Break the chains of addiction, forgive yourself for ever smoking. move forward and start loving yourself more each day by staying smokefree. Put aside worry, anxiety, depression, any EXcuse that you would use to not get in or stay in the race of freedom. Take one day at a time, one step if necessary. Run the race diligently, steady and sure with endurance. Believe that you can. Keep your eye on the prize. Hang tough, stay close, be mindful, never give in, never give up.
