So I have about 4 days until quit day. I have still not really tracked my cigarette use- I have looked at apps etc but just never seem to get to it. maybe it would be better to do it the old fashioned way- small note pad or something. Anyway- I listen to Allen Carrs book on audible some everyday - I wanted to commit to post everyday here at least
Played an outdoor event today went really well- i am a musician-usually bigger crowds get me a bit anxious but I really had a great time today. pretty tired- it was very hot- outdoor venue- i worked out today- so there are definitely some positives today!
