So I have been back and forth on the quit- set a date- blew by it. I feel like I need to set up daily activity to get my mind conditioned to be ready to actually stop!
I am going thru divorce - my wife has serious addiction issues- I finally separated to another room back last May to finally send her a message after she had about 15 relapses over the last 3 years- and she ended up hooking up with an attorney friend from high school on Facebook- he-is also an alcoholic and she ran off with him. It’s been an ongoing nightmare settling affairs- selling out home etc
i started working out about 3 months ago so I’m proud of that and these cigs really need to go!
