But I don't like that feeling of something missing. I would like those weeks where nicotine last in my body go forever. Sorry if I'm not clear. I think you all understand. I decided to stop patches because i forgot to put it on last thursday. Next day I thought to challenge myself and did not wore anyone up today. Beside that i was tired of skin rash. It is really uncomfortable to wear those patches in the tropic. Cravings are now less than the first day: i went crazy eating everything i found on the road.... It's ok you can laugh. Well i have to go. Later i will let you know how good i feel and talk about good things I've seen changing in my body. See you.
Congratulations...I did laugh out loud about eating everything you found on the road, must admit that I had some pretty creepy visions accompanying that laughter. Glad you have tossed the patch, I had lots of people recommend the patch to me or the gum after I had already quit and I had to ask them why I would want to reintroduce nicotine into my body, they all said it would make things easier. I think easier, for me anyways, is not always better. I think that at some point everyone has to face things and "medicating" yourself is not usually a good idea. That is just my experience.
You do know that your quit day is when you stopped smoking, right? Not sure when that was but, in any event, good for you.
