This is my six day of smoke free. Patches work very well. Now I understand what jonescarp explain me about cold turkey meaning. And I'm a little afraid of that. This is the 2nd time I quit with them and failed. But my hopes are on all of you guys. When patches come to an end, which are about six months ahead or so, I will feel all your hands holding me to not slip up this time. Thankyou.
