This is my six day of smoke free. Patches work very well. Now I understand what jonescarp explain me about cold turkey meaning. And I'm a little afraid of that. This is the 2nd time I quit with them and failed. But my hopes are on all of you guys. When patches come to an end, which are about six months ahead or so, I will feel all your hands holding me to not slip up this time. Thankyou. My hart is now a little sentimental and I'm almost weeping. Have a good night all of you. Florflor.
get your mind on your quit.
in 6 months you will be so dependent on the patch you will be too afraid to get off them.
unlearn the hand to mouth motion while you are on the patch, when you get a craving try to figure out where it came from. Stop being so fearful and don't become super dependent upon the patch. It will only keep you physically addicted. the new studies say that people whio used the patch for the whole program are equally as likely to start back smoking as any other quitter.
your quit has to be inb your mind not the patch.
You need to unlearn smoking
