Last thursday I had a hard time.  My brain call for a lot of cigarettes but instead I thought not to refuge on them. Thanks to God that I had that brief time to realize that cigs won't solve my problems but will take another day or days of this life that God gave me as gift. Your response to my message were on time and gave me a grate support.
