Happy Independence Day!

Today was interesting. I went to a gathering at a friends house, they are an hour away, so I have not visited with them since my quit. I was one of the few non smokers present and eventually somebody noticed and asked if I had quit. When I answered in the affirmative, I got lots of questions about how I did it, what it was like, etc.

I hope I encouraged some people to give it a shot.
