Just wanted to pop on and says YES I'm still smoke free! Sept will be 6 years smoke free! My sister also finally quit as well and is 2 years smoke free! Happy to say there are no longer any smokers in my family! My nephew (27) just quit a week ago as well! You want to quit, you can do it. You have it in you....you just have to want it!

I will never regret quitting. I only regret not doing it sooner.
