I did it! Today I celebrate being ONE YEAR SMOKE FREE!!!  I wanted this quit, so I did it! So far in my journey, I have had about every life situation that could have contributed to me losing this quit, but I wanted to be smoke free more than I wanted to smoke. I'm not sure if because I wanted to be smoke free more than to be a smoker, but I really didn't struggle with it this time. I had urges....never really any craves. Never did I feel like "I HAVE TO HAVE ONE NOWWWWWWW" (which is how I have felt in past quits). As I've said several times before, the freedom is so worth it....something I will NOT give up!

I want to thank so many here for always being my cheerleaders. I could always count on comments from you folks on my posts, and I appreciate it so much! Shaun, Joy, Nancy, and so many more....thank you!

1 year smoke free. Money saved- $4004.00

                               Cigarettes not smoked- 146,000

                                Cartons not smoked-73

For those just starting to quit, all I can say is keep a positive attitude. Don't say "I think I can do this", say you KNOw you can. Educate yourself. Take advantage of this site, and all the reading material they suggest. If you want to quit, you can quit!

Thank you Ex family!

1 year smoke free, and looking forward to a smoke free tomorrow!
