~~To have a dream is one thing but to live it is another.  It takes grit, moxie, spirit, passion.  A fiery determination to make it happen and the courage to stand loudly and proudly in the world you've created for yourself.~~  Unknown

I have created a lovely, calm, magical world.  Time for yoga, time for family, a passionate love for life that thrills me every day.  It's my world and I am proud of what I've created.

What's your world like?  Do you have a dream or are you living it?  Have you moved past the fears and the self-doubts into the world of delightful exploration and creative expression?

When I put my last cigarette down, it was with the clear understanding that I could never smoke again.  And then thoughts of being a smoker were erased.  I was a non smoker.  So when stress happened, I learned ways to ease my stress.  When disaster struck, I dealt with the disaster.  When I was bored....well, I was never bored.

Its not enough, I don't think, to quit smoking if you don't continue to move forward.  When you are stuck with the thoughts of "I used to smoke through this" or "I can't get past this", you flirt with your addiction.  Instead move forward.  Learn relaxation techniques if you're stressed.  Get a hobby.  Feel delighted with you.  Enjoy nature.  Take a college class.

Because, my friends, when you quit smoking you are giving yourself permission to live!!  You will have more money.  You smell spectacular!!  You have so much more time to enjoy your day, your family, your world.

Don't flirt with your addiction.  Let it go.  Move on.  And welcome to a world full of such peace, joy, and delight that you will eagerly embrace your life as a kind, passionate human being. Not just a "smoker" or an "ex-smoker" but so much more!!

You are a miracle, my friends....please treat yourself as gently and kindly as you treat others.
