I usually speak from my heart. It's simply part of who I am. But I also know that often people hesitate to speak their truth....sometimes out of kindness, sometimes out of fear, sometimes because they are only beginning to find out who they are.
It's an exciting journey, you know. Finding your truth. Finding who you are. Discovering the miracle you are. Experiencing sheer delight in life.
Smoking does not define us....no matter how ugly addiction is. It simply eclipses who we truly are. We often do unhealthy things. Take dangerous risks. Throw caution to the wind. It's called being human.
We make our mistakes. We defy. We dare. We challenge. We wonder. We experience. That's called living. How marvelous life is!!
So, this is me, speaking from my heart. It's time we focus on living our lives with zest...with enthusiasm....with gratitude. Focus on you and living your truth, speaking from your heart saying the words your soul has only dared to whisper. Let others live their truths. Allow others their journeys. Focus, my dear friends, on YOU and YOUR life and YOUR path. Spread your joy into the world and your soul will sing!!
