Don't forget, quitters, to take gentle care of yourself always. Not just in the early days of your quit when your body is healing itself and your mind is learning to live brightly without nicotine. Not just in the later days when everyone just assumes you are "all better" because you haven't smoked in one month, two months, six months. Not just when you are tired or stressed or sad.
Take gentle care of yourself so you understand how magnificent you are! So you appreciate yourself....your humor, your creativity, your intelligence. You are exactly who and what and where you are supposed to be and you are lovely.
