Or do you have the solution for curing cancer? Can you explain the theory of relativity? Do you understand the wind velocity in relation to flight?
Yeah, me neither. Most of us can't do that. That stuff is HARD!! But quitting smoking isn't. Just don't smoke. It isn't rocket science. Don't make it complicated. Once you wrap your mind around the fact that you don't smoke anymore, well.....you don't smoke anymore. Ever. Period.
