Beauty comes in many different shapes, colors, and forms. People can be beautiful, the world most certainly can be beautiful, music can be beautiful.....I could go on and on as I find beauty everywhere!
However, I found true beauty yesterday when I was teaching my group. I had them listening to Sabre Dance while blindfolded so they could truly listen and maybe pick out specific instruments that they could hear. Did you ever watch a talented musician play music? Oh, it was simply breathtaking! The orchestra moved with the music! It was amazing! The musicians were simply beautiful.
Then I got excited and we then watched an artist paint a picture (You tube gives us everything!). Again, the movement was beautiful! The artist reflected that beauty as she was totally immersed in her art. I was thinking that true talent is beauty. I talked to my group about it and they agreed that seeing someone live their passion was beautiful. They enjoyed it but didn't believe that it applied to them as well.
I believe they are wrong. Of course I told them so! I told them that living with passion can apply to anyone. Doing things with passion can apply to anyone. Life is full of ways to express yourself!! Life is also full of wonderful opportunities to find your passion.
Giving up smoking gives us more time to find our passion, to watch the beauty of life, to fully enjoy the miracle of being here on earth. Don't miss the opportunities!
True beauty is within you, my friends. It is within all of us....we just need to find it and bring it forward. Find your talent, find your skills, find your passions and you will be truly beautiful.
Smoking takes so much away from us. It isolates, it steals time, it steals our beauty. Let it go. And live in beauty 🙂
