No matter what you do, say or how life goes everyone is going through something in this world. Certain situations can naturally drive emotions in humans. Emotions can drive humans to cope in certain ways good or bad. Emotions are a catch 22. We can either feel good or bad or even a whole range of emotions in one moment. Emotions can be intense or dull and far in-between. We unintentionally can let some of those emotions be the cause of really bad habits IE Smoking.

When we get an urge for a really bad habit that can be caused by stress, anxiety, sadness and vica versa. We wake up by coming to terms with what is not within our control. Its funny how certain emotions can be closely related to nerves both good and bad.

Emotions can be dangerous, exciting, intimidating. Emotions are everything and reminds us how human we are. They can create balance and be inspiring!

Crying can be such a taboo thing! When it all gets too much and you can't hold it in anymore. That's human. A psychologist once asked me how do you feel when you cry. I said "Embarrassed, even when I am alone"

You feel like you don't want people to see your most vulnerable side even if it's around your alone time. But I learnt to embrace the tears at the same time because I know I am going to end up feeling a bit better and you can all relate to this!

Don't let your  general emotions get to you newbies. One key to protecting your quit. What you are feeling at first is temporary and normal. Urges and thoughts of smoking go away after a certain period of time. I know so from experience. It does get easier if you make it easier on yourself!

About the Author
I first started smoking in around 2008 after a horrendous break up. I don't know why I did in the first place. I resent this decision to this date. Now I am free and continue to stay off the cigs! I currently work as a kitchenhand and write music!
