After all the starting and stopping I've done, it finally makes sense to me that I will have to make this quit a lifestyle change. Duh!!! Why didn't I see that before? If I keep relying on my old boring pattern of things, things will never change. So many people have said to change your routine when you quit. I have to keep ahead of myself and always ask myself what am I going to do next, instead of smoke.
