Tracking

Having a hard time with the Tracking. Most the cigs I smoke in a day I don't know why I smoked it or how bad I wanted it. 

I guess I need to put a notebook outside so that I can write it down every time I go out for a smoke. 

One of my triggers is a big one and I am trying to figure out how to handle it. I only smoke outside so my brain has decided every time I go outside it is time to smoke. I love my back deck but feel the only way I can avoid the trigger is to stop going out there. 

Any suggestions on the tracking and going outside Trigger?
